With two fin­gers of your hand, run with light pres­sure along the line of the spine, mov­ing from the sacrum to the cer­vi­cal region. This will cause a reflex deflec­tion of the spine back.

Do this exer­cise 2–4 times on each side.

Lying on the stom­ach

Start­ing posi­tion — lying on your stom­ach, arms bent at the elbows and lie on both sides of the chest.

It is nec­es­sary that the child lies in this posi­tion for about 2–3 min­utes, and grad­u­al­ly increase the dura­tion to 5–10 min­utes.
